CONCLUSION

The application of Lectranal® regulates the activity of 21 different genes involved in the inflammatory process. The application of calcium ions and Astragalus extract didn’t show any statistically significant results. These discoveries imply that Lectranal® acts through the stimulation of B lymphocytes, which results in a sufficient number of B lymphocytes that keep the allergic reaction under control. These results suggest that, after supplementation with Lectranal®, allergy symptoms are not expected to develop. A functional check of the most important genes is required in order to establish the specificity of the effect of Lectranal® on the control of the immune system and the regulation of its functioning.
